Fulfilment & Shipping
All orders placed through our website are fulfilled by Amazon UK Fulfilment Centres via the Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) programme. This enables fast, professional, and trackable shipping.

Delivery Times
Free Next‑Day Delivery:

if your order is placed before 9 pm Monday–Friday, 6 pm Saturday, or 5 pm Sunday, and the delivery address is in UK Mainland. Available on in‑stock, eligible items. 

We partner with Amazon Logistics and trusted courier services. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link and delivery updates, providing the same level of visibility and reliability Amazon Prime offers. 

We dispatch using Amazon’s logistics infrastructure, so you get fast, tracked delivery, often even on Saturday (excluding public holidays). If next‑day delivery isn’t feasible, we’ll notify you promptly and provide an estimated date. 

Exceptions:

Heavily remote areas, weather-related disruptions, or unusual demand may prevent next-day delivery. In such cases, we’ll notify you and estimate the next available delivery window.

Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please refer to the following refund policy:

  1. Unopened Items: Items that are unopened and in their original packaging are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Please note that we do not offer exchanges.

  2. Opened or Used Items: Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for items that have been opened or used, or are missing their original packaging and cardboard inserts.

  3. Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 14 days of purchase to arrange a replacement or refund.
